Cancellation policy

Do not miss your flight! Our schedule is planned ahead and it is difficult to accommodate people who arrive late. Be sure to arrive at least one hour prior to your reservation.

Cancellation and no-show policy

We may reschedule your flight time if you notify us, as follows:

48 hours prior to flight time for blocks of 60 minutes or less
4 days prior to flight time for blocks of 60 minutes to 4 hours
6 days prior to flight time for blocks of 4 hours or more

If you fail to notify us accordingly, we will be unable to change your reservation. No-shows will not be rescheduled.

Refund policy

SkyVenture Montreal does not offer refunds for any reason.

If we need to cancel your flight

SkyVenture Montréal reserves the right to cancel your flight without notice. Rest assured that this would only happen in case of unplanned maintenance, malfunction or any event beyond our control. In case of such an unforeseen event, we will reschedule your fight at our earliest mutual convenience.
