Terms, Conditions and Physical Restrictions

Anyone who is healthy can fly in the tunnel. We invite you to consult the list of criteria before booking a flight time with us. If you have questions concerning those flying criteria, don't hesitate to call us and we will do our best to help you.

Anyone who is under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their parent or guardian during the registration period.

The flying criteria

Before you fly, make sure you meet these criteria:

  • If you have a history of heart, neck or back problems, you should check with your doctor first.
  • Your weight does not exceed 230 lbs (104 kg). If your weight exceeds 230 lbs, please contact us or visit the 230+ Package section
  • You are 4 years of age or older. Children must be able to wear a properly fitting safety helmet.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You have never had a dislocated shoulder. If you have, please contact us.
  • You are not under the influence of alcohol or narcotics.
  • You are not wearing a cast.
  • If you are under 18 years of age, you are accompanied by your parent or guardian so that he or she may complete a Participant Undertaking and Risk Acceptance Statement.
  • You, your parent or guardian have read, understood and signed a Participant Undertaking and Risk Acceptance Statement.

Statement of risk

All flyers must complete the Statement of Risk, a legal contract between the flyer and SkyVenture Montreal. This contract ensures all flyers understand the nature of the sport of body flight, and the risks involved. All information retained on the Statement of Risk is used for this purpose alone and will not be supplied to any other party for any other purpose, except where authorized by the customer.

As a legal contract, it must be completed accurately by the flyer or parent/guardian as applicable. A valid, state-issued ID is required, and it will be necessary for us to record the document number for our records. Flyers must bring appropriate identification in order to validate their Statement of Risk. Parents of children under 18 must provide identification to validate their right to execute the contract on behalf of the child flyer. Customers who are concerned about supplying such information for any reason should discuss this with SkyVenture Montreal prior to making any purchase or reservation. Refusal to complete the Statement of Risk will result in the inability to participate.

Shopping policy

All shipped orders are sent via Canada Post regular shipping service and are free of charge. Under normal circumstances, flight passes and gift certificates are received within 3-5 business days. SkyVenture Montreal cannot be responsible for undelivered or delayed mail.
