Description
SkyVenture Montreal employs 11 customer service representatives.
Duties
To meet and greet customers, take bookings and operate the booking system, sell merchandise and prepare flight certificates. The customer service representative will also be responsible for photo and video sales. The ideal candidate will have experience operating a computerized point of sale system.
Personality, Skills & Experiences
Candidates will have experience in the retail and/or leisure industries and will have excellent customer service skills. They will be outgoing and friendly and have the ability to work in a busy environment while maintaining complete control.
They will have:
- A friendly disposition
- Excellent customer service skills
- Retail or leisure experience
- Knowledge of a cash sales system
- Computer literacy
- Ability to learn systems (such as a booking system)
- Multi-tasking abilities
- A positive, can-do attitude
- Perfect English and French
