Customer Service Agent

Our first point of contact to provide an exhilarating customer experience!

ROLE

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for greeting and informing customers about the services that SkyVenture Montreal offers. He/she must also be able to explain our flight criteria, and to offer advice and recommendations.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet the customers
  • Enter relevant information in the computer
  • Confirm reservation times
  • Inform customers about the various services that are offered
  • Explain how the activity is run
  • Promote the different services available
  • Take reservations
  • Increase sales of packages and gift certificates
  • Finalize the client’s invoice
  • Perform cash open and close procedures

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proficient in various computer tools
  • Experienced in customer service
  • Fluent in French and English
