ROLE
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Customer Service Agent is responsible for greeting and informing customers about the services that SkyVenture Montreal offers. He/she must also be able to explain our flight criteria, and to offer advice and recommendations.
DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet the customers
- Enter relevant information in the computer
- Confirm reservation times
- Inform customers about the various services that are offered
- Explain how the activity is run
- Promote the different services available
- Take reservations
- Increase sales of packages and gift certificates
- Finalize the client’s invoice
- Perform cash open and close procedures

REQUIREMENTS
